Welcome to Tahoe Yacht Cruises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or booking any experience with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes only. You agree to use this site lawfully and not for any prohibited or harmful activity.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

All ages are welcome on private charters, guests under 13 are required to wear a life jacket for the duration of the charter per state law. I assert that I am physically fit to ride on a boat and have adequate swimming capabilities.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of booking being made.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guests should arrive to the marina 30 minutes prior to departure, your charter time begins and ends as stated in your contract. If you are late, the end time of your charter will not be extended unless you choose to pay for additional rental time. PRIVATE CHARTER CANCELLATION REQUIRES 14 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE TO RECEIVE 100% REFUND, 7-13 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE WILL RECEIVE 50% REFUND, ZERO REFUND IF LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE IS GIVEN. Please allow 7 days for all refund processing. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator/Captain cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows of any kind will be charged the full price.

If the customer chooses to purchase our Cancellation Coverage, they are able to cancel their reservation and receive a refund in full on the cost of their charter up to the day of their scheduled charter, the Cancellation Coverage fee itself is non-refundable. The customer will not need to file a claim but they will need to call us or email us prior to their charter to cancel. THIS DOES NOT COVER NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS.

5. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any Tahoe Yacht Cruises experience, including but not limited to boat charters, transportation, and outdoor activities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with these activities.

You understand that these experiences may involve inherent risks including but not limited to weather conditions, water activities, travel, and alcohol consumption.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE A DUTY TO EXERCISE REASONABLE CARE FOR MY OWN SAFETY AND I AGREE TO DO SO

6. Liability Waiver

By purchasing this/these ticket(s), I HEREBY UNCONDITIONALLY AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS, known or unknown, of bodily injury, debt or property damage involved with boating and participating in a Tour Boat Excursion, including but not limited to equipment failure, perils of the lake, acts of other participants, alcohol consumption, and adverse water and weather conditions, including the risk of physical or emotional injury, dismemberment, and/or death or property damage, and I HEREBY ASSUME SUCH RISKS.

In addition, I HEREBY UNCONDITIONALLY AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME, ACKNOWLEDGE, AND ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISKS arising out of or related to the acts and/or omissions and/or potential negligence of the Released Party in enforcing any rules, regulations or guidelines and/or in operating and managing the premises or facilities where the tour boat excursion is taking place. I am voluntarily participating in the Tour Boat Excursion and activities.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE DUTY TO EXERCISE REASONABLE CARE FOR MY OWN SAFETY AND I AGREE TO DO SO.

I agree to forever discharge and release the Tahoe Tastings, the Golden Rose, its employees and agents, the owner(s) of Tahoe Yacht Cruises, “Legend”, and affiliates, from any and all responsibility or liability for any and all injuries or damages. I agree NOT to make a claim against or sue any of the above parties for injuries or damages whether they arise or result from any NEGLIGENCE or other liability, EVEN IN CASES OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE. I further specifically agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties for any and all causes of action arising as a consequence of any incidents which might occur as a consequence of my participation in any activities with or involving the released parties.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT EVERY MEMBER OF MY PARTY MUST SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER THEMSELVES IN ORDER TO TAKE PART IN ANY TAHOE YACHT CRUISES BOATING EXCURSION AND I WILL SHARE THAT LINK WITH THEM.

Link to the Liability Waiver will be sent to the customer in the Booking Confirmation email, as well as by text, the day prior to departure.

7. Alcohol Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive.

Tahoe Yacht Cruises promotes responsible drinking and is not liable for any consequences resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.

8. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, crew, and other guests. We reserve the right to terminate an experience without refund if a guest behaves in an unsafe, illegal, or disruptive manner.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Tahoe Yacht Cruises and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Tahoe Yacht Cruises may partner with third-party vendors (such as boat operators, transportation providers). We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of these third parties.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
